PRODUCT RETURNS

Α) Right of Withdrawal

At levay.gr we want you to always be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that for any reason you wish to return your order or part of it, you may do so within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

Before sending the product, contact us by email at info@levay.gr.

The returned product must be in the exact same condition in which it was delivered, i.e. it has not been used, worn, washed or handled in any way and also its tags have not been cut off. In all cases of return, it is the customer’s responsibility to return all documents accompanying the product intact and in perfect condition (eg invoice, retail receipt).

Returns will only be accepted after the product to be returned has been inspected and found to be in good condition. The refund will be made using the same method with which the payment was made (any transaction costs are borne by the customer).

In any case, the cost of shipping returns is borne by the buyer. Shipping and COD fees already charged when your order was originally shipped are non-refundable.

Β) Changes

In case you wish to change the size or product, you have the right to change the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. To change the product, contact us via email at info@levay.gr in order to check the availability of the new products you want to receive. The exchange will be completed once the returned products are found to be in good condition.

Shipping costs for the new order are borne by the buyer.

C) Defective product

In case of a defective product, the customer has the right within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt:

a) To exercise the right of withdrawal with a refund.

b) To request the replacement of the defective product with a new product or its replacement with another product of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary).

In the above cases, the costs of returning the defective product (or of the new shipment, in cases of replacement) will be borne by our online store.

D) Wrong shipment

In the event of an incorrect product being sent (e.g. wrong size than requested or wrong product code), due to us or our suppliers/partners, the customer has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt thereof. The product must be in the exact same condition in which it was delivered, i.e. it has not been used, worn, washed or handled in any way and also its tags have not been cut off.

In this case, the return costs will be charged to our online store.
